01 / The opportunity

Freshness earns attention.
Reliability earns the next shop.

Meena Bazar already meets households at the shelf, on the phone and at the doorstep. Connect those moments so interest has somewhere to go.

AT THE SHELF

Neighbourhood trust

Help shoppers find the right branch, opening hours and current assortment.

ON THE PHONE

A basket that works

Make stock, area eligibility, pickup and delivery slots clear before checkout.

AT THE TABLE

A reason to return

Tell the Back to Root sourcing story and connect eligible Club benefits to the next shop.

Meena Bazar is the supermarket brand of Gemcon Food & Agricultural Products Limited. Establishment record ↗

02 / Storefront audit

The friction is visible.
The loss needs measuring.

November audit snapshots show issues worth fixing before sending more shoppers to the store.

ILLUSTRATION ONLY

What does bounce mean?

Imagine 100 website sessions. Drag the slider to see how many fail GA4’s engagement test.

50 engaged50 unengaged

An engaged session lasts longer than 10 seconds, includes a key event, or has at least two page or screen views. This is a scenario, not Meena Bazar analytics or a count of lost orders.

01 · ORDER PATH

Reproduce the dead ends

A Dhanmondi test returned “No Data.” A direct beef product link rendered empty fields. Check areas and routes in Bangladesh before drawing conclusions about order loss.

02 · DISCOVERY

Fix the paths Google needs

Standard crawl endpoints showed the app error view. Sampled routes reused generic metadata and lacked canonical and structured data in the rendered DOM. Compare raw and rendered templates.

03 · DELIVERY TRUST

Explain the promise

The homepage promotes 59 minute delivery. Policy also offers time slots and pickup. Confirm eligibility and surface it before a shopper commits.

Search, categories and cart were easy to find. The homepage also showed an expired countdown and two sampled zero discount badges.

Accessibility

Mobile Lighthouse scored 82/100. It flagged unnamed controls and a dialog, and insufficient contrast.

Indexing

The homepage lacked a primary heading in the sample. Public results exposed the site and some catalog URLs; total index coverage is unverified.

Store facts

The corporate profile still cites 16 outlets. Directory rows and past opening announcements do not establish the active count. Confirm the branch register.

Site audit scores use different methods. Surfaced app reviews mention delays; response rate and chain wide sentiment are unverified. The official outlet register and GA4 order data were unavailable.

03 / Social intelligence

More useful content.
Less repetition.

Start with what already gets a response: multiple items in one offer, familiar faces in real stores, and fresh food people can use tonight.

Explore the audited posts151 vendor post cards and 49 independent observations

Vendor values as captured. Reach and views may be modeled or include paid activity. LinkedIn post cards did not provide usable impressions or reach. Rates use the vendor’s follower denominator.

Recent Socialinsider cohort: 26 Oct to 8 Nov 2026. Vendor interaction and view data can include paid distribution. Native totals are separate dated observations. Public evidence does not provide a complete three month post census.

05 / Shopper journey intelligence

A good shop starts
before the basket.

Seven moments shape the decision. At each one, make the next action feel easy and worth taking.

THE FEELING

“I know where dinner is coming from.”

WHAT MAKES IT TRUE

A familiar branch. A real grower or fish counter. A simple list that fits tonight. A delivery promise the store can keep.

06 / Seasonal and situational intelligence

Show up for the shop
people are already planning.

Choose a moment to see how one grocery insight becomes a campaign across content, media, search and store action.

How the work gets doneCreative, search, acquisition, retail activation and reporting

Creative and PR

Build scripts and shelf lists with store leads. Capture approved product, grower and branch footage. Turn genuine sourcing and partner stories into press notes, social edits and useful store content.

Search and retail media

Fix templates, listings and measurement first. Test eligible zones with verified stock. Bring the same story to the shelf through signage, QR links and approved branch activations.

Governance

Vynzo proposes and coordinates. Meena Bazar approves product claims, offer terms, branch access and public statements. Review the evidence together before changing scope.

Technology support

If the order path requires platform engineering, agree a separate technical scope with the appropriate owner. Confirm handover and event validation before campaign launch.

What we can verify about ads

The Bangladesh Google Ads Transparency domain check showed zero entries for Meena Bazar, about 300 for Shwapno and 35 for Chaldal in the historical filter. The Meta page match was provisional, LinkedIn surfaced no company results and TikTok did not yield a usable Bangladesh result. A supplier ad mentioned Meena Bazar, which shows distribution messaging. These checks do not establish current Meena Bazar activity, spend or return.
